USEFUL INFORMATION

Reservations must be made with a 30€ deposit per person.
If you have a gift certificate, there is no deposit. Please enter gift card number when you make your reservation. It will confirm your reservation.
Skydiving is sensitive to weather. If you are unable to jump due to weather you may reschedule, without incurring any fees.
The time you booked is when we expect you to arrive. Expect to spend around 2 hours at the drop zone. Some times even more.

No Show Policy: If you are unable to make your reservation, please call us +37068111077 or contact us by e-mail: info@suoliai.lt 24 hours prior to your reservation to reschedule. If you do not contact us 24 hours prior your reservation or do not show up, you will forfeit your 30€ deposit. If the booking was made with a gift voucher, the voucher will be marked as used and the service specified on the voucher will not be provided.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us +37068111077 or contact us by e-mail: info@suoliai.lt at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date and your 30€ deposit will be refunded. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours prior to your reservation date, your deposit will not be refundable. If the booking was made with a gift certificate, the coupon will be marked as used and the service specified on the voucher will not be provided.

Additional information

All participants are at least 16 years of age.

You must weigh less than 100 kg (220 lbs). In case of heavier weight, please call +37068111077 or write info@suoliai.lt for a reservation

Wear athletic and comfortable clothes, sneakers/sport shoes. No sandals, boots or high heels.

Absolutely no alcohol and/or drugs in your system 24 hours before making a tandem skydive.

Skydive Siauliai will contact you and notify you of canceled jumps, if we know in advance about unsuitable weather conditions for jumps or other objective reasons due to which the jumps will not be possible. In this case, the booking fee will be refunded or, at your option, left as a booking fee for the next agreed jump time.
